USER LICENSING AGREEMENT Audio Delay Finder Beta ("ADFB")
NOTICE TO USERS: THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING ADFB, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use ADFB.
ADFB is protected by the United States copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The ADFB program file contains machine readable software. Channel D grants you license to use or make or distribute unlimited copies of ADFB, provided you agree to the following:
Any copies of ADFB made in accordance with this Agreement must retain the same copyright and other identification notices which appear on or in ADFB. You agree not to make or attempt to make alterations, reverse engineer, modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, or structure of ADFB. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to ADFB.
ADFB may be subject to United States export regulations. You agree that use, copying, or export of ADFB shall fully comply with all applicable United States export regulations.
ADFB is supplied "as is." CHANNEL D DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING ADFB. CHANNEL D MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL CHANNEL D BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, even if Channel D or a Channel D representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in effect and enforceable according to its terms.
