    Due to recent, serious issues involving non-reimbursement from Kagi, the e-commerce merchant services we have used for more than 19 years to collect and process product payments, we are suspending automated product ordering via Kagi.

    Kagi has been unresponsive regarding two consecutive, missing wire transfer payments which were due to us for product purchases made in June 2016. We have also determined that we are not the only product vendor using Kagi that has been affected in this way. Due to Kagi's unpredictability at this time we have decided to post this notice.

    - UPDATE - August 1, 2016 - Kagi has announced (without prior warning to us or their thousands of other vendors) that they have ceased operations.

    If you have purchased our products via Kagi on or after June 1, 2016, you may rest assured that your purchases will be fully honored the same as any other purchases made via Kagi prior to June 1, even though we will probably never be paid the money collected by Kagi for those transactions.

    We have restored purchasing operations via other e-commerce service providers, and new purchasing links are now in place on our website.
